Hello,
Sorry it's so late, it's just with my work hours I don't usually get home till 12. Anyways, today went pretty well. I walked around for about 30 minutes or more and not once did I eat out or ate any junk food. I have money now because of work and yet I still stay away, which means I'm stronger willed about this then I thought. Reading the bible so far isn't going as great as the rest, when I read it everything is fine but I seem to have a problem reading a chapter at 2 in the morning.. lol. So I think what I'm going to start doing is reading it in the day so I don't have to worry about it by the night. I'm hoping by the end of this 40 days I'll be fitter and eating less and a good portion through the new testament. With reading the bible I started off reading in Mathew of the new Testament, so I'll read through the new testament then go through to the old testament.
