Hello,
So the challenge begins again. This time I have made it a little more challenging then the last time, instead of just cutting out fast food, I am going to stop eating junk food in general. That includes Chips, candy, pop corn, pop, fast food(Burger King, McDonalds, A&W, Wendy's, Arby's etc). I am also going to be adding something to my life, which is reading the bible, let's say a chapter a day?. Another thing I am going to be adding to my life is walking once a day for 30 minutes for those 40 days and hopefully afterwards too. I realize that piling on to much can be quite struggling which may cause me to relapse into my old ways. But the way I see it, is go big or go home. I have been feeling a calling from God lately which includes the path for me of starting up a Young Adults as well as associating my self with fellow youth groups and young adults around the city to get a feel of it. So my faith has been increasing ever so slightly as the days past and I hope this experience will help me with that as well.
